It turns out that my time of 3:36 (3:35.54 my computer made it) was actually based on when the card was handed to Ron. If I hadn't done a slow lap of the car park upon arrival I would have got gold!

Posted: Sun Jun 21, 2009 10:55 amWell done Ron - excellent amount. I have to say I was a bit miffed when I didn't receive my medal when the others did. It took me a little while to realise the reason- I didn't do the ride! Is it something to do with age?!
