I want to download some photos Gail took at Detling 3 Tuesdays ago but when I try to 'add image to post' I just get the screen ' internet exporer can not display the webpage'

Any ideas? I've spent several evenings downloading, sorting from hundreds, editing, downsizing to give up now.
