Yes we have a training session going on at Newport for the 22nd of November 2009. It will take place from 2 to 5 o'clock.

Just wanted to thank everyone for yesterday, especially Eric for arranging it, and (I know he can't see this but) also thank you to Roly for lending me his bicycle .
Yesterdai was incredible.
Even if i was trying not to fall asleep at school todai
I will be uploading a team photo of everyone tht went and I also have loads of video footage
Oh and Mummy will be helping me to write a report up for the next magazine...including everyone's times for the flying 250m.
Next time I'll remember my passport
