Hi Richard,

Just browing the Londoncyclesport website to see your RR result from Saturday 12th Sept, well done on finishing fifth in the Cat 3/4 race.

Cheers Sarah... That was my first time racing at Redbridge/Hog Hill and i was impressed with the facilities and course there ... definitely recommend it - nice smooth tarmac course with no traffic... It is a bit of a drive ( especially if Joe is navigating!! ) but well worth it ....
Team Cheryl...

Yes good result Richard. Any chance of a few words about your first time there racing (something for newbies to read and something for Pat to post in the mag)

Hehe! Yes, that's the last time I try a "shortcut" :P

And though I've already said - Good Job again Rich! It was great to see you racing like you've been doing it for years, rather than only your 3rd road race ever!! And putting in some great moves during the race, not to mention that excellent finish 8)

I must try your training tactics and find a super-fast Irishman to ride with!! :D
The car in front is a Toyota. The car behind is inevitably some git in a BMW doing their best to knock you off your bike...
