Thanks for the great ride today Martin, I just got back by the skin of my teeth which kept the wife happy.

+ 1, well done on that, it was a nice route, and thanks for waiting for me when my thigh muscle went.

It's now feeling a bit better, so hopefully I can train this week and come out again at the weekend.

Glad to hear you made it home alright John.

Its bad riding with a torn muscle. Even worse doing it on your own.

I do enjoy leading when i make it up as i go along.
I personally recommend the use of an approved cycle helmet when riding ones bike

The final hill to get home hurt like hell! I couldn't use my right leg for power, so I was just going up the climb using my left leg only.

Are you leading a group next week?

THANKFULLY

Ill be leading the "C" group on the 11th July.
I should be leading the fast inters on the 4th July
I personally recommend the use of an approved cycle helmet when riding ones bike
