New Cafe West Malling

New Cafe West Malling

Postby Martyn MotorMouth on Wed Nov 04, 2009 7:29 pm

I have found a rather attractive new cafe in "West Malling"

Suzies
Manor Park Country Park
St leonards Street
West Malling
ME19 6PE

Nice looking cafe dining is slightly alfresco ( don't go there when its raining ) they even have cycle parking and south facing tables.
Food looks good Quality, Bacon Sandwich, home made cake, tea, coffee etc
They even serve "HP sauce" not that "Happy shopper brown sauce"

Phone 07825 347089

The good thing is if you have a big group you can split and send riders down to Ragamuffins or the other nice place in the courtyard.
I personally recommend the use of an approved cycle helmet when riding ones bike

Martyn you beat me to it as I was involved in the construction of the building and was going to wait a while for Suzie to settle in before putting a post here about her.
At the official opening I bumped into another club member but it took me a while to register who she was as she was out of context i.e. not in lycra or club colours. I nearly went up to her and said that I did not recognise her with her clothes on but managed to stop myself just in time! Can you guess who it might be?

Went there with the D group last Saturday. Just about warm enough to be comfortable sitting outside.

Great place for dog walking as well - being unable to use indoor cafes this - like the Cobtree park - is ideal.

It's open 364 days a year - don't go there on December 25th!
