How was it on Sunday? I see James was 49th, Lee 53rd and Sarah 69th.
EDIT - and Henry was 12th in U10s (missed that initially).

I was at work (booo!).

Sarah said it was VERY cold and the ground was rock hard, making it fast but bumpy. Quite a few crashes. Sounded like all our riders had a good time though. Are you fancying a bit Dave? (Cyclocross that is).

No, I don't like the sound of crashing. I was just interested to see how everyone got on.-

The crashing issue is an interesting one Dave, having had serveral "offs" as i prefer to call them,
i think i now have a better mental attitude to coming off, If your riding competitively then it will happen, if not today, then next week, or next month but it will happen one day.

The other thing of course is the harder you push it the more close shaves you have which just add to the adrenaline rush and the self confidence rises as you know when your at your limit.

Having just read that back, maybe racing in the cold has affected my brain cell.
