Hi all,

A couple of things:

1) Wondering if any fairies have entered for this?

2) What the course is like?

I am planning to do this, well that is if I dont refuse to get onto my bike again after the SFA 300km.

I just realised I need to get a move on entering for this, and it could already be too late.

Thanks

Joe

Hi Joe,

I've done this one a couple of times and it really is an excellent route - especially with the joys of West Hythe Hill at mile 70 and Fordwich Hill at the very end.

There are some great stops on the way round (Rye (50m), Kearsney (80m) and, if still being used, Tim Ford's house (105m)).

Definitely a "must" - esp as its so local.

Once I'm fully mended I'll join you on it next year.

Cheers,

Tim.

With no thought for his audax riders Tim has moved from Westgate to Canterbury  Last year the control was a village store in Westgate.

However the selection of food laid on at the finish was still plentiful and varied, even for us late finishers.
