I Think Joe should get the little brother Harry in training maybe i can persuade him when i get back to school, give him a few hardcore interval workouts to do :lol:

Ah, yes - you've met my dear brother so I've heard! :P Yeah, it'd take quite a few interval sessions before he's at your level Mike! 8)
The car in front is a Toyota. The car behind is inevitably some git in a BMW doing their best to knock you off your bike...
