Well i must say there are a lot of competitiors this year for the GHS with three BARNES's on the start sheet 156 people are in lets just hope theres that many on the day, and amongst the list is the young Alex Royle who as some of you might know is probably the fastest juvenile in britain at the moment i know hes faster than me anyway but ill just put my head down and try to put a good time in. Also I didnt see sarah bosley on there when she was her age group winner so that qualifies her for the final but im sure John will sort all that out for her

haha yeh i think its got a good ring to it I dont know what ti,e i, off yet or Sarah it was just a list of the entrenants but i know, first person is off at 2 oclock
