Yeh it is actually need my recovery sleep, vital for the training but youll be sorry when i pass you in the first 2 minutes of a 10 mile TT John and then my dad passing you afterwards

Yes I'm sorry I put the picture here but this was the thread where I first commented how quiet the forum was when John and the family were away so although I have to admit it is not totally relevant to the GHS Final it seemed as good as anywhere.
